There are typically three reasons an account gets locked: multiple incorrect password attempts, suspicious activity, or incomplete KYC. Steps to resolve:

• On the Login Page "Forgot your password?" Click the option and receive an OTP on your registered mobile number
• If you're not receiving the OTP or your account appears to be fully suspended, please reach out to a live agent via the support chat.
• Keep your registered mobile number and details of your most recent transaction handy to verify your identity with support.
• If your KYC is incomplete, uploading your National ID Card typically reactivates your account within 2–4 hours.
